NETPARTNER AFFILIATE NETWORK CONTENT POLICY
No participant in the Netpartner
Affiliate Network will (1) provide, link to or otherwise make available
on the Netpartner Website, or otherwise in connection with the Netpartner
Affiliate Network, any advertising materials that contain any Prohibited
Content, (2) publish or otherwise display, on any web page, email message,
software application or other item that contains any Prohibited Content,
any advertising materials obtained from the Netpartner Website or otherwise
in connection with the Netpartner Affiliate Network, or (3) otherwise
use the Netpartner Affiliate Network in connection with any web page,
email message, software application or other item that contains any
Prohibited Content.
“Prohibited Content”
means content that contains, transmits, engages in or promotes (or links
to any web page that contains, transmits, engages in or promotes) any
of the following:
- software piracy;
- infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any person or entity;
- libel or other defamation;
- interference with or violation of any privacy, publicity or other rights of any person or entity;
- fraud or other deception;
- gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, abusive content, or any other content that endorses or threatens physical harm;
- bigotry or hatred against any group or individual (e.g., based on race, politics, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender or sexuality);
- harm to minors;
- inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam);
- illegal activities (e.g., how to build a bomb, hacking, ‘phreaking’, phishing, etc.), illegal substances, or any other violations of applicable laws or regulations;
- gambling (including online betting), tobacco or firearms;
- illegal, false or deceptive investment advice or money-making opportunities, including pyramid schemes;
- viruses, worms, Trojan horses, date bombs, time bombs or other malicious code;
- adware, spyware or other malware; or
- any content reasonable that public consensus deems to be offensive, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, profane, indecent or otherwise improper or inappropriate.
